Minus 12 deg C on the walk to school - never been so cold in my life! It's fantastic (for 5 minutes and then I run home and hibernate!)

Not sure if you read your comments anymore, just wanted to say we went to Annecy for a day from Paris in December and thought it was so beautiful, no wonder you guys have stayed there :-)
